Yes — 50% upfront to begin work, 50% on completion before the site goes live. This protects both of us.
How long does a website take?
A Starter site typically takes 2–3 weeks. Professional sites take 3–6 weeks depending on content and feedback rounds. Timelines are confirmed at the start of every project.
Do I need to provide my own copy and photos?
Ideally yes — you know your business best. But if you need help with copy, I can write it or recommend a copywriter. For photos, I can advise on stock options or coordinate a photographer.
What platform do you build on?
Primarily Astro and WordPress, depending on your needs. For performance-first static sites (most businesses), Astro is excellent. For CMS-heavy sites where clients need to update content regularly, WordPress.
Can I get a website built and maintain it myself?
Absolutely. I'll build it and hand it over with documentation. Ongoing maintenance plans are optional, not required.
